25G ORGANIC PROTEIN "BANOFFEE" WAFFLES

Banoffee Waffles

Recipe (Makes 4)

Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup self-raising flour (wholemeal if you have it)
1 cup Bamorganic High Protein Banoffee Shake
1 egg

Toppings
Frozen yoghurt
Berries
Chocolate sauce/ cacao nibs

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, then blitz into a smooth batter.
  2. Brush a 4-serving silicone waffle mould with a bit of oil, then divide the mixture between the 4 moulds.⠀
  3. Bake for 20 mins at 180degC until golden and a skewer comes out clean after insertion.
  4. Serve warm with your choice of toppings - frozen vanilla yoghurt, chocolate sauce, banana and strawberries are a great combination!
