A mouth-watering berry and chocolate cheesecake made with Bamorganic High Protein Vanilla shake.
Berry And White Chocolate Cheesecake
Recipe (Serves 4)
1 heaped tsp coconut oil, melted
1 cup bran flakes
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp honey
200g Quark or Greek yoghurt
25ml Bamorganic High Protein Vanilla
Either a few vanilla flavour drops or 1tsp vanilla extract + 1-2 tbsp honey to taste
1/2 tsp coconut oil, melted
2-3 tbsp fruit jam (fresh or bought)
20g white chocolate, melted⠀
Blitz the oats and bran flakes in a food processor until they resemble a fine powder.
Mix together the oat/bran flake mixture with the oil and honey until the mixture begins to hold together.
Line a small and deep circular baking dish with baking parchment, then spread the mixture onto the paper, pressing it up the sides of the dish.
Bake the cheesecake base for 10 minutes at 180degC, Leave the base to chill completely.
Mix together the filling ingredients, then spoon onto the cheesecake base once it has cooled, leaving a small space at the top for the jam.
Spread the jam over the cheesecake filling, then drizzle over the white chocolate.
Leave the cheesecake to chill in the fridge for at least 2hrs before dividing into desired portions and serving.
